FootFlex PH Return & Refund Policy
At FootFlex PH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested if the item received is defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item/size was sent by FootFlex PH.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Complete with its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Return Request Period
Customers must contact FootFlex PH within 3 days of receiving the order to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the concern.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged through customer use, or are missing their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges may also be subject to approval.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, FootFlex PH will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the available refund method.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an incorrect item, defective product, or damage caused during delivery, FootFlex PH will coordinate with the customer regarding the return shipping arrangement.
For other approved return requests, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Exchanges
Size exchanges may be considered subject to product availability and approval. Customers are encouraged to carefully check the available size before placing an order.
